Founded by Celina Langen-Smeeth and Isabelle Jennings, LANGEN JENNINGS CONTEMPORARY is a contemporary art gallery and advisory. Our mission is to support young artists by showcasing their works and create opportunities for them to connect with potential collectors. We want to make the process of discovering and collecting art exciting and approachable for all and provide a space for new artists and collectors to begin their art journeys together.

Celina holds an MA in History of Art from the Courtauld Institute of Art, London and has over 10 years of art market experience, most recently working as a Deputy Director and Specialist for Contemporary Art at Sotheby’s, London.

Isabelle studied art history at the Ludwigs-Maximilians-University, Munich and Spain. Since 2013 she has worked as gallery manager and client liaison at the Galerie Kunkel Fine Art, Munich.
